The BDC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Every spring, the Board conducts an annual recruitment to fill anticipated vacancies. Occasionally, the board must fill unexpected vacancies, therefore, the BDC accepts applications for board membership on an ongoing basis; all applications are kept on file for 2-years.
