The City of Burlington's Halloween Spooktacular Presents Trick or Treating through the streets of Downtown. This special event is invented to provide our community the opportunity for a safe trick-or-treating space. Look for the orange and black balloons at participating locations!

3:00-3:30pm Costume Parade from Municipal Building to Burlington Historic Depot 
3:30-5:00pm Trick-Or-Treating at Downtown Businesses
