Annual City Events

brought to you by B-Town Events!

St. Paddy's Day Bash

Join us Saturday, March 17, 2018 for the 2nd annual Downtown Burlington St. Patrick's Day celebration featuring a parade, food, free entertainment, and a ton of craic (that's the Irish word for fun)! With face painting, balloon twisting, decked out golf carts, and food trucks it's sure to be a good time for everyone in the family.

Christmas Parade

Please join us on November 17, 2018 in the streets of downtown Burlington.  The streets will be filled to help start the holiday season off! There will be dancers, horses, antique cars and community organizations that will help fill the air with joy!  Bring your chairs and blankets.

Active City Streets

You better remember your tennis shoes, cause this event is designed to get you moving! There will be stations set up all over the streets of downtown to keep you active on Saturday, May 5, 2018. You can learn to hula hoop, play a life size game of Chutes and Ladders, take a zumba class, let your kids play in the kid zone and even grab a bite to eat from one of the food trucks.

Holiday Magic: A Dickens Christmas

The streets are filled with true "Holiday Magic". Be careful -  you might find yourself smiling as you walk around and watch the joy spreading. The 2018 event will be held in the streets of downtown Burlington on December 14th from 6-9pm.

Halloween Spooktacular

Burlington Recreation &
Parks in partnership with the Burlington Downtown Corporation presents the 7th annual Burlington Downtown Halloween Spooktacular on Friday, October 26, 2018.  Show off your best costume in the parade and trick or treating!

Monthly Events

We invite anyone who lives, works, or plays in Downtown Burlington to come to our monthly coffee. M³ stands for Monthly MSD Mingle, and is a way for us to connect directly with the people who make our Municipal Service District so great.

M³ is held on the first Tuesday of every month at the Historic Depot & Amphitheater. Look for us outside if the weather is nice, and inside the depot building if not! This is a great opportunity to meet other members of the community, and to have your thoughts and ideas heard. We will provide free coffee, pastries and conversation!

(Additionally, if you don't know what the MSD is or what we're up to here at the BDC but would like to learn more, check out our Downtown Breakdown Infographic for more information. We hope to see you at M³ soon!)

Check out the BDC’s calendar for the M³ schedule.
