The BDC’s Downtown Mural Selection Committee is comprised of a small group of members from the BDC’s Design Committee and as well as a representative from the Community Innovation Fund Grant Committee. Members include:

Casey Lewis, Co-Owner of Owl & Rabbit Gallery and Beechwood Metalworks
Jessica Pasion, Executive Director of the BDC
Gavin Stevens, Executive Director of the Alamance Community Foundation
Cary Worthy, Executive Director of the Alamance Arts Council
The Downtown Mural Selection Committee and has been charged with fulfilling the terms of the BDC’s Community Innovation Fund Grant award that was recently awarded to the BDC by the Alamance Community Foundation, in partnership with Impact Alamance, to serve as the seed funding needed to launch the BDC’s 2019 Downtown Mural Project.
The Committee has been charged with overseeing the entire scope of the Project which aims to ensure that three to five murals are installed (or are in process) in the Municipal Service District (MSD) of Downtown Burlington by the end of the 2019 calendar year.
